Siphon
280+ ingest modules across aviation, marine, grid, weather, space, RF, OSINT, civic. Sharded across a leader + workers. Rate-limited, retrying, politely.
Wispayr fuses 280+ live sources — aviation, marine, grid, weather, space, mesh, vision — into a single operator surface. Events, venues, SaaS, civic. One platform. Many products.
Every Wispayr product is a surface on top of the same four-plane stack: data in, analysis in the middle, action + experience on top. The planes are independent, composable, and boringly reliable.
280+ ingest modules across aviation, marine, grid, weather, space, RF, OSINT, civic. Sharded across a leader + workers. Rate-limited, retrying, politely.
150+ lenses. Each one a pure function over the data plane. Fused, location-aware, TTL-cached. Generates SITREPs, correlator output, forecasts, scores.
A BYOK comms gateway. Email, SMS, Telegram, push. Rules engine + scheduled reports + alert acks. Stateless across three hosts; bring your own keys.
Prism Surface for operators. egpk.info, chase.wispayr.online, em.wispayr.online, the Ayrshire suite for the public. Kit + VenueGuard for the field.
This block is rendered from the platform itself. Every component here is reading a Prism lens, served by the same intelligence plane that runs our customers. The site is the system.
AYRSHIRE SITREP — 2026-08-17 10:32Z 🟡 CONDITIONS ELEVATED TIMELINE: At or near peak — clearing in ~3h Emergency readiness grade C (69.5%). EM environment unsettled (2.5/10). HF propagation fair (4.3/10). Active impacts: GNSS quality: fair; Incoming CME threat: high. Fog risk: moderate. SAR difficulty: SAR difficulty: 0/10. No flood concerns. Grid normal — 49.90Hz. Renewable generation 27.5%. Aviation normal.
A fused, human-readable narrative across weather, grid, transport, EM, and aviation. Generated every 120s by Prism. Personalised per-operator on Prism Surface.
SITREPs are the output of 40+ upstream lenses correlated in a single pass. Your pager doesn't ring 40 times — it tells you one story.
Siphon, on three nodes. Cleaned, deduplicated, rate-limited, cached. No fabrication. No vendored buzz.
The CSU is Wispayr's mobile ops platform — a vehicle-borne deployment of everything on this site: Starlink uplink, mesh networking, deployable cameras, RF and EM awareness, field-grade kit tracking, dispatch gateway.
Wispayr is a RAYNET member. The CSU is available to RAYNET, and to other agency partners, for events and incidents.
Each one runs in production, fed by the same intelligence plane. Pick one — or pick the platform.
The platform, in a van. On call for events and incidents.
The Communications Support Unit is Wispayr's mobile ops platform — Starlink uplink, Halio compute, deployable UDM Protect cameras, Reticulum mesh, full RF/EM spectrum awareness. It also runs the drone plane: RTMP/SRT ingest for any drone, feeds adopted as cameras via an ONVIF shim, and AERION counter-UAS detection for the airspace overhead. Wispayr is a RAYNET member; the CSU is available to RAYNET and to other agency partners.
Airport intelligence for Prestwick and beyond.
Live ADS-B radar, movement logs, community spotting, METAR-driven condition strips, airshow event modes, Stripe subscriptions. Now with live tower audio and Whisper-transcribed ATC, and running as a multi-site platform — EGUN Mildenhall is live on the same engine.
The operator cockpit.
Multi-tenant operations UI for events and venues. Map layers, live camera walls, event timelines, alert acknowledgement, mode switching, persona-filtered SITREPs.
The UK storm-chasing intelligence community.
A full convective-outlook stack for Southern UK chasers, plus back-office ops for the chase community. Lightning jump detection, risk surface, ground-truth verification — and a Storm FX radar that renders real Meteosat cloud, rain and outages live on the map.
SaaS for venue safety and compliance.
Multi-tenant safety platform — FRA templates, incident logging, staff briefings, event-day ops. Built on the same control-plane that runs Wispayr internally.
QR-driven asset and container management.
For the field. Every container, flight-case, cable bag gets a QR — scan it to check in/out, see history, dispatch to events. Identity = token; mode = action.
A search-and-rescue operations surface.
Purpose-built planning and coordination for SAR. Sector assignment, probability-of-detection tracking, team/asset positions, evidence capture. Extracted from Prism Surface and stood up as a standalone ops tool.
Event medical, from dispatch to patient report.
A full events-medical platform built for E.R Medical — public site out front, complete dispatch operation behind the staff login. Multi-event isolation, live unit tracking and MDTs, a digital Patient Report Form built from the crews' own paper PRF, MISPER workflows, a 999 blue-light run log, and a site-wide exercise mode for drills. Offline-capable PWA for the field.
The ticketing engine behind ayrpavilion.com.
A self-hosted ticketing platform — events, seat maps, orders, Stripe checkout, QR scan-in, organiser dashboard. Runs Ayr Pavilion's box office and is ready to power the next venue.
On air every day at Now Ayrshire Radio.
The broadcast platform behind a real radio station. Studio weather walls, live travel and trains boards with read-on-air scripts, news and traffic channels, the broadcast clock — every screen in the Now Ayrshire Radio studio is a Broadcast Studio surface, fed by the intel plane and synced to the Myriad playout. The same engine drives signage, event broadcasts, and dashboards-as-cameras.
The station's operating system.
The staff surface for Now Ayrshire Radio. ScriptRoom for scripts, Screens for every display in the building, Clip Drop for audio, school closures, On This Day, show planning, socials and restream — one intranet, on the Helix control plane, fed by the same intel plane as the studio walls.
The single source of truth for a broadcaster.
The control plane behind Now Ayrshire Radio. Assets, sites, people, vendors, risks, tasks, runbooks and projects in one place — with an encrypted credential vault, a searchable knowledge base of 345 ingested Myriad manuals, passkey sign-in, and a launchpad for every station system. Runs on the private WireGuard mesh only.
A civic hub for a region.
Hub, weather, traffic, news, fuel, trains — seven sites stitched into one coherent place-based intelligence surface for South-West Scotland.
A whole pavilion, online. Built by Wispayr.
Full web presence for Ayr Pavilion — the main site plus cafe, scoop, golf, radio, and ops microsites. Mailing list, siphon-backed beach conditions, admin portal, deliverability hardened. Built and maintained end-to-end.
Emergency comms site for Glasgow & Clyde RAYNET.
Public-facing website for Glasgow & Clyde RAYNET — the volunteer emergency communications group covering the west of Scotland. Event coverage, deployment gallery, training pages, contact. Built pro-bono as a Wispayr contribution to the RAYNET community.
A 3D space-weather vantage.
Seventeen Prism-backed layers — Kp, Dst, solar wind, IMF, GOES mag, aurora ovals, CME inbound, radio blackout. A single HTML file that explains the electromagnetic sky at a glance.
Upper-air winds and dispersion, reconstructed from flight.
Derive wind fields from ADS-B tracks. Wind Atlas publishes the consensus. Arcus stacks HYSPLIT dispersion, Open-Meteo, and OS Terrain 50 runoff on top.
Every aircraft, vessel, river gauge, grid meter, public service feed, and camera is already streaming. Wispayr is the thesis that the interesting part isn't collection — it's fusion, done close enough to the ground to actually be useful to the people in the room.
We run a real platform from a small town in South-West Scotland. We built the aviation intel, the storm-chaser community tooling, the civic suite, the venue safety SaaS, the space-weather globe — all on the same bones. The bones matter.
