How it hangs together
Dispatch + MDT
Multi-event dispatch board, live unit positions, in-cab MDT views. Events are isolated by design — a drill can never touch a live operation.
Digital PRF
The ePCR is built from the crews' own paper Patient Report Form, field for field — so clinicians fill in what they already know, on a phone, offline if needed.
999 blue-light log
Per-unit lights-and-sirens episodes with one-open-run enforcement, durations, and automatic comms-log entries.
MISPER + escalation
Missing-person workflows and 999 escalations push to the right staff, with exercise-mode labelling so drills are unmistakable.
Exercise mode
Any event can be flagged as training: unmissable EXERCISE chrome, tagged pushes, audited switches. Same system, zero operational risk.
